Caran has worked wonders for me! She explains everything that she's doing in a very understandable way and how different parts of the body are connected that you may have never realized. If you trust the process and do the work at home that she gives you, you can overcome the pain you've been fighting with.

I’m new to Bowenwork. Just had my third session. Prior to my first session, I thought I needed to see the chiropractor. After my third session, my leg lengths are even and holding and I can’t easily keep my low back on the floor when doing leg lifts. Immobile toes are now mobile. I’m sold! Thanks, Caran!
