I felt so much better after just the first visit - looking forward to more sessions with you Caran

I have had 4 sessions and my body feels great afterwards. My knee has a pain and it is no longer there. My upper back has started feeling better.

Caran is wonderful! I was once her instructor in massage school and thoroughly enjoyed her in class. Later she introduced me to Bowenwork and I’ve learned so much from her! I love that we are friends and colleagues now and I benefit so much from regular sessions with her! Highly recommend!
